Philosophy
As a physicians, the most important job we have is to educate our patients about their problem: What is the problem, why does it hurt, how did I develop this problem, how can I get rid of it, and how do I keep this problem from coming back.  

We created this website to focus on the education of my patients.  While surgery is sometimes required, it is important to determine if the need for surgery can be alleviated by the use of physical therapy, judicious use of medicines, and alternative treatments and medicines. We take a conservative approach to surgery, and look at surgery as a last resort.  If surgery is necessary, however, we provide our patients with the most technologically advanced surgical treatments, including computer navigated total joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery.  A physician can never forget that each patient is an individual person and any treatment is a partnership between the patient and physician based on trust and respect.
